Order Processing & Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2 business days from placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order, followed by a confirmation with tracking details when your order is ready to ship. 

Order Modifiations:

Any changes to the order like, Change in address, sizes or quantities of ordered pieces can only be made before your order has been handed over to the shipping partner. Write to us at: support@thegreencubs.com with your order number and order details. 

Please note that no changes can be made to your order once goods are handed over to the shipping partner.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000. Orders will be processed within 2 business days from placing your order, and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once orders are shipped. You will be able to track the status of your order with the tracking details provided. 

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped the products should reach you within 3-5 business days (excluding Sunday and other national holidays) for all areas serviced by reputed couriers. For all other more remote areas the delivery timelines might wary based on connectivity and location.

International Shipments

As of right not we do now offer shipping outside India. However, you can send us an email at support@thegreencubs.com so we can check on a case to case basis. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be changed or canceled if the order has not been shipped from our end. Orders once shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

For all order cancellations please write to us at: support@thegreencubs.com with your order number and order details. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged by our support team.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the goods, being 100% organic kids wear garments, we are unable to accept any returns at the moment to adhere to the brands quality promise. Please be assured that all goods undergo a thorough 100% quality check both at the factory before dispatch and at our warehouse before they are packaged and sent out to you.

However, if the product received by you is in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product has been shipped, you can send us an email at support@thegreencubs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the product as well as the original packaging and we will help you with a replacement. 

All returns are subject to the discretion of the green cubs. Once the returns are verified and approved by our team, you can return the defected pieces to us. Once received we will review, and process your replacement. 

Our processing time for all returns are within 7 to 14 days from the time we receive the items back from you. If you have any questions about your return status, please write to us at support@thegreencubs.com

** Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used or tampered with.
