All our products are made from 100% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton, with a dedication to clothing children in the most comfortable, durable, and softest clothing out there.
Where are your products made?
The Green Cubs boasts at being a 100% made in India brand, and has partnered with GOTS Certified vendors who share our dedication to offering the highest quality children’s clothing to our customers.
Do your clothes shrink?
Our clothes are pre-washed and as a result should not experience any significant shrinkage. Please make sure to check the care instructions to ensure that they last and keep their famous softness.
What Size should I order?
Our sizes run a little bigger than the other brands. To make sure you order the correct size for your little cubs please make sure to check our Size Chart before ordering.
How do I care for your products?
Please check the details and care section for all required information regarding caring for the green cubs products.
Overall we recommend machine wash cold using a gentle setting with similar colors. Make sure to turn the clothes inside out for the wash and tumble dry on low heat setting. Make sure to use non chlorine bleach when required, and iron with medium setting on reverse side to maintain the shape and softness of the garments.
Are your Pajamas unisex?
Yes, all our Pajamas are unisex.
Shipping & Returns
How do I track my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days from placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order, followed by a confirmation with tracking details when your order is ready to ship. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
How does my order qualify for free shipping?
All orders with a cart value greater than or equal to Rs. 3,000 are eligible for free standard shipping.
How long does standard shipping take?
It usually take approximately around 7-10 business days for your order to arrive since the time a tracking number gets generated for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right not we do now offer shipping outside India. However, you can send us an email at support@thegreencubs.com so we can check on a case to case basis.
I Received a defective product, what do I do?
We are so sorry that you received a defective product! Please send us an email at support@thegreencubs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the product as well as the original packaging and we will help you with a replacement.
I have not received my return yet, what should I do?
We apologise for your inconvenience. If it has been more than 7 working days since our team has acknowledged your returns, please leave us a WhatsApp message on +91 95420 12222 with your order ID and your email address. Someone from our customer service team will get back to you at the earliest to help you resolve the issue.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately this is not something we offer at the moment.
